Why I started Soto Law

After working for larger firms, I realized something was missing—connection. I founded Soto Law to create a more personal experience, where clients feel heard, informed, and confident from day one.

I understand how overwhelming legal situations can be, especially in South Florida’s fast-paced and diverse environment. That’s why I prioritize accessibility, bilingual support, and honest communication.

Notable case involvement

Before founding Soto Law, Hope worked with the litigation team at a leading Florida law firm involved in two of the most complex and high-profile wrongful death cases in state history:

Champlain Towers South Collapse

While working at Silva & Silva, one of the firms leading the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the Champlain Towers collapse, Hope served as a key team member supporting client intake, research, and survivor interviews. She assisted in the early casework and investigation that ultimately contributed to a historic $1.2 billion recovery for victims’ families.

FIU Bridge Collapse

Hope also played a support role in the Florida International University bridge collapse case, which involved multiple fatalities and raised national questions around engineering oversight and responsibility.

These experiences shaped her perspective as a lawyer today—bringing high-stakes attention to detail, empathy, and resilience to every personal injury case she takes on.
